Your Questions Answered (Weight Gain Blueprint Program)

Post image for Your Questions Answered (Weight Gain Blueprint Program)

I’ve been getting LOTS of questions about the Weight Gain Blueprint program

So I’m going to answer them right now…

Below are a few of the questions I get asked most often. (Click the link to see my answer!)

“I do (insert your sport here) …which involves lots of cardio multiple times per week. Will this affect my muscle gains, or will the Weight Gain Blueprint still work for me?”

Pat Berry UFCANSWER: Yes, the Weight Gain Blueprint will still work for you no matter what sport you’re in to.

Martial arts, soccer, baseball, football, or any other sport…

This is a good question though. The more cardio you do, the more calories you will have to consume to gain weight.

So you will simply need to customize your program by eating additional calories on days that you train for your sport. You’ll simply add a 400-calorie post-workout shake to your diet on your cardio training days.

(Don’t worry, I explain what this is in the Weight Gain Blueprint program.)

You’ll take this shake after your training session. And it would be ideal if you could sip this drink during the second half of your training session as well to prevent muscle breakdown.

You’ll also want to make sure that you eat a meal before and after your cardio training sessions. This will give your body the calories it needs before your training session, and the calories it needs after your training session to replenish your body’s depleted glycogen stores and get your body back into an anabolic muscle building state.

Don’t worry if all this doesn’t make perfect sense yet. Once you go through the Weight Gain Blueprint program, everything will make sense.

“I’m a vegetarian. Will the Weight Gain Blueprint program work for me?”

vegetarianANSWER: Yes, there are many guys using the Weight Gain Blueprint program on a vegetarian diet who are getting great results.

Here is just one example:
How Patrick gained 33 pounds so far.

All you would need to do is substitute your protein sources. You can get all of your protein from things like:

  • Whey protein powder
  • Beans, lentils, legumes
  • Quinoa, and other whole grains
  • Tofu an other soy products
  • Nuts, seeds, and nut butters
  • Veggie burgers
  • Etc…

“Can I use the Weight Gain Blueprint program to work out at home, or will I need to go to a gym?”

bicep curlsANSWER: This program was primarily designed for guys who have access to a gym. You will be using equipment like: Bench press, pull-up bar, squat rack, barbells, dumbbells, dip bar, etc. And I will explain how to do each exercise properly so you’ll know exactly what you’re doing.

We won’t be using any type of “Bowflex” home gym type of bullshit. This program is for guys who are serious about packing on a lot of muscle very quickly. And to do that you need to lift heavy weights. And to lift heavy weights, you need the right equipment.

With that said, some guys are using the Weight Gain Blueprint program to work out at home. They bought their own equipment like dumbbells, barbells, bench, squat rack, etc.

So if you have access to weight lifting equipment at home, then you should be able to do many of the exercises in the program. But going to the gym is still ideal if you want to get the best results possible.

“Do I need to take supplements in order to get results using your program?”

pills on toungeANSWER: No, you do NOT need to use supplements in order to gain weight and build muscle. Inside the Weight Gain Blueprint program you will find a list of supplements that can help you, but they are in no way necessary to get great results with the program.

Your diet and weight training is way more important than any supplement and that should be the main focus of any weight gain program.

The Weight Gain Blueprint program shows you exactly how to eat and train to get results. No supplements necessary.

“I’m (INSERT YOUR AGE HERE)… Will this program work for me or am I too young/too old?”

age doesnt matterANSWER: It doesn’t matter how young or how old you are.

How do I know this? Because I get success stories emailed to me on a daily basis from guys of all ages.

15 and 16-year-olds…

50 and 60-year-olds…

And of course everything in between. My point is, don’t let your age be an excuse for why you don’t have the body you really want.

With that said, will your age present unique challenges that you’ll have to work around? Maybe…

If you’re in your teens, it’s possible that your body hasn’t reached it’s peak testosterone levels yet and you’ve still got a stage of puberty to go through before your body can pack on muscle at the optimal rate.

But does that mean you can’t make gains? Of course not!

And if your in your 50′s or 60′s you may have the same challenges. As you age your body’s natural testosterone levels begin to decrease. Again, this may cause slower results than you may have had in your 20′s…

But you WILL still get results if you follow the program!

In fact, inside the program I even reveal my secrets for increasing your natural testosterone levels. This will ensure that you’re body is in the most anabolic state it can be for superior muscle growth.

Listen, you can’t do anything about your current age… but you CAN take matters into your own hands by following the proven methods I’m laying out in front of you inside the Weight Gain Blueprint program.

“Can I get the hard copy version instead of the online/download version?”

weight gain blueprint hard copyANSWER: Yes you can!

I originally created the online/downloadable version of the Weight Gain Blueprint program so I could offer the program at a cheaper rate.

But some people started to ask for a hard copy of the program shipped to their door. So I created a hard copy version as well which you can find here:

Weight Gain Blueprint Hard Copy

Oh, by the way… When you order the hard copy version, you also get FREE instant access to the online/downloadable version too – So you can dive right into the program as soon as you place your order without even waiting for your package to arrive.

“Will this program work for me?”

skinny farmer guyANSWER: If you’re a skinny guy…

If you want to gain weight and build muscle fast…

If you want a step-by-step program to show you how…

Then, YES! The program will work for you!

Whether you want to gain just 10 pounds and stop there… or add another 50+ pounds… The methods revealed inside the Weight Gain Blueprint program will show you exactly how to get there.

It’s up to you how much weight/muscle you want to gain.

We’ve also got a ton of skinny guys just like you who have used this program to gain weight and pack on lots of muscle mass very quickly.

Take a look at a few of the success stories.

“Is it really safe to order online?”

secure online orderingANSWER: Let me put your mind at ease…

We’ve been in business since 2010, and have satisfied customers in over 40 different countries worldwide… The huge success of this program would not be possible if we were scamming people, and we would be shut down by the Federal Trade Commission very quickly if that was happening.

Secondly, we process all of our transactions through a secure, standard 256 bit encrypted webpage that is secured by two world-famous security companies: McAfee and Norton.

The webpage security is also automatically tested on a daily basis by both McAfee and Norton to ensure that no unauthorized people view any personal or financial information traveling between computers.

Ordering online with us is extremely easy and safe.

“Does this really work or is it a scam?”

skeptical catANSWER: Ummm… Yes, it really works. I get emails from guys every day telling me about the fast muscle gains they are able to achieve using this program:

Click here to see the success stories!

And in case you’re still skeptical, the program comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. So you really aren’t risking anything here.

If the program didn’t work I would not be able to offer this guarantee, and I’d be out of business in a week. Fact is, this stuff works not just for me… but for ANY skinny guy who wants to gain weight and build muscle… Any guy who follows this program WILL get results.

Is that a bold statement? Maybe. But it’s true. Once you dive into the Weight Gain Blueprint program and see how it works, your eyes will FINALLY be opened and you’ll understand exactly why and how this works so well.

Then you’ll see it for yourself… As the days and weeks go by, you’ll look in the mirror and see your weak, skinny body transforming into a muscular physique.

Remember… I guarantee it.

What are good ways to eat flaxseed oil? I’m confused about how to use it in my diet

Reply

Jeff Masterson February 12, 2012 at 6:16 pm

@Luke – This is all covered in the Weight Gain Blueprint program. One way is to mix it in with a protein shake. Flax seed oil is also not 100% necessary. You can also get your fat sources from elsewhere like mixed nuts and avocados.

@Theodore – No. If your parents don’t allow you to buy a $100 pair of jeans, do you walk into the store and ask to have them for free? Come on man…

am in africa how can get access to the blueprint,am also skinny and 6feet tall at least can you give tips and tricks on how to start please

Reply

Jeff Masterson February 12, 2012 at 6:11 pm

@Dennis – The Weight Gain Blueprint program is actually a digital download program. So you’ll get instant access to everything as soon as you order.

When you order, you’ll be taken to the member download area where you can download all the materials to your computer, and you can even print it out if you like.

I created this digital version so I can offer the program at a cheaper rate. The hard copy of the program is priced at $127, which you can find here: Weight Gain Blueprint Hard Copy Version.

I found most people would rather get the cheaper $67 digital version, get instant access to the program, and avoid shipping and handling costs as well. (But again, if you do want the physical hard copy version, you can find it here.)

I am going to order the program in a few days time, how do i know its safe to order from your website?

Reply

Jeff Masterson February 12, 2012 at 6:08 pm

@Ish – Great to hear you’re ready to get started with the program!

It’s safe to order because all transactions are processed by a company called Clickbank. They are an established credit card processing company that has been in business since 1997, and they process payments for tens of thousands of companies all over the Internet.

The order page is also encrypted and verified secure on a daily basis by both McAfee and VeriSign. You can even click on these logos on the order page to verify the order page is secure.

Hope this answers your question!

Hey Jeff, I’m a relatively skinny guy. I weigh 135lbs at 6 feet tall, but I’m not really looking to gain more than 10lbs of muscle. The only part of my body that I’m a little bit unhappy with is my upper body. I have a six pack, but my pecs could definitely be bigger and so could my arms. I have a moderately healthy diet, work out weekly, and have high protein shakes after each work out. I’ve gained a few pounds after starting this about three weeks ago but I was wondering if you had any tips on how I could build more muscle mass on my upper body alone and how I could do it in a few weeks.

Reply

Jeff Masterson February 15, 2012 at 12:57 am

@Brad – 10lbs of muscle?? Easy! :-)

Is there a specific reason you DON’T want your legs to grow? Truth is, when you work your entire body, your body releases MORE anabolic muscle building hormones than if you just trained certain parts.

So believe it or not… training your entire body will actually make your arms, chest, shoulders, etc grow FASTER as well. So really, that would be the fastest way to get your arms and chest to grow.

Plus, when you are doing exercises for other parts of your body using compound lifts, you are also indirectly training multiple muscle groups.

For example, doing wide-grip pull-ups not only works your back… it also works your biceps and forearms.

Doing stiff-legged deadlifts not only works your hamstrings and back… it also works your arms, traps, shoulders, etc.

Of course, I talk about all of this in more detail in the program :-)

@Joseph – If you have a specific medical condition like osteoporosis or back problems, I would talk to your doctor before using a program like this. I’m certainly not a doctor so I don’t want to act like I would know how this would affect your condition.

im confused is milk good or bad for you when you trying to gain weight?

Reply

Jeff Masterson February 15, 2012 at 12:50 am

@Jose – Well, both. Milk is great for getting extra calories into your diet very easily. But it also contains a lot of sugar. So while it can work towards helping you gain muscle mass, if you drink too much of it, you will also experience excess fat gains.

asking about your system
1-does also wrist change and be muscles and hand also?
-2-my hand is tall but thin (can be me be thicker ?? )mean change like all body
some guys says that but really nothing sure so i ask?

3- i think that you talk about supplements does in your system must take it because i don’t like to take supplements?
4- can transform body to meso ( i know can’t change genetics ) i talk about external shape?
5- as i read before that barbells affect back and not good does it right and must use it?
6- if after i transformed and then can’t to go to gym what will happen?
7- there will be any discount soon?
i know this many question but hope answer me
take your time

really thanks so much

Reply

Jeff Masterson February 23, 2012 at 6:17 am

Hello, to answer your questions:

1 – Your wrist size may increase slightly. But your wrist does not have much muscle fiber so the growth potential is limited. It’s mostly genetic.
2 – Same as your wrists. We have small muscles in our hands and fingers but don’t expect a huge increase in hand thickness.
3 – No, you do not need to take supplements on this program to get results.
4 – Right, you can’t change genetics, but you can change your external shape, yes.
5 – This is not true. There is nothing wrong with barbells.
6 – If you can’t go to the gym after you’ve gained a considerable amount of weight, you won’t necessarily go back to being as skinny as you were before, but you will start to lose size each week. The best way to combat this is to make sure you’re eating enough calories… Or just keep going to the gym to maintain. It’s MUCH easier to maintain your current weight than it is to gain new muscle weight. So don’t worry.
7 – Nope. It’s cheap as it is. $67 for a brand new body is a steal.

Hi Jeff. I am very curious about your program but am currently unable to do any exercises for about 60 days due to a knee injury. Could I still get started on the program with everything not requiring pressure on the knees or should I wait until it is fully healed?

Reply

Jeff Masterson February 23, 2012 at 6:04 am

@Rob – You could certainly get started and do some of the exercises, sure. I’m not sure what kind of overall results that would get you though. I don’t want you to end up with muscle imbalances from not training your full body. I suppose I would let it heal first before getting started with the program. That way your body can devote all it’s energy into healing your knee… rather than healing and growing new muscle tissue.

Hi Jeff, I am planning to enroll on this program.. but I do have some questions.. are you sure about money back guarantee? if and only ever it does not work.. hehe.. do the program has specific instruction’s based on our height? like how much weight should I lift base on my height and weight? what workout or exercise should I do? I weigh 110lbs at 5’6 ft tall.. I like to gain at least 20-40 lbs..

@Robert – Yep, I’m sure about the guarantee. :-)

So many guys are using this with amazing success:
http://www.weightgainblueprint.com/blog/success-stories/

(And that’s not even half of the success stories I have… I’ve got a bunch sitting on my computer here that I still need to upload.)

Your height has nothing to do with it – it actually works using your body weight. The program is very specific about what kind of exercises to do and how you should diet to gain mass. If you’re looking to gain 20-40 lbs then you’re in the right place :-)

Reply

Jeff Masterson March 6, 2012 at 5:42 pm

@Bhavneet – Well, if you want quick results I’d suggest focusing 99% not on supplements, but on your weight training and your diet. That’s what is going to determine your results. With that said, some of the best supplements that I like are whey protein powder and creatine. Whey protein powder will make it easier to meet your daily protein requirements. And creatine will allow you to lift heavier weight for more reps.

Reply

@John – Supplements can help slightly, yes. (They are used more for convenience. As far as actual gains, most of them will only make about a 5% difference.) I’ve heard of “Serious Mass” but I don’t know what’s in it… if it’s anything more than protein I would skip that and opt for a whey protein powder instead. Stay away from “weight gainer” powders.

Hi Jeff
I am about to start this program.
-Is it right if i start with the diet today, and start with the weight training tomorrow?
-I bought syntha-6, creatine 6000-ES, and flax oil from vitamin world, multivitamins by new chapter organics (every womans one daily, whole food – pro biotic nutrients). There ends the list of my supplements. Is my list okay?
-I am starting my diet today, and that will include the creatine loading phase. Is that fine? And I am going to start weight training from tomorrow.
-I mixed creatine, protein powder, n flax oil in plain water and drank and almost puked. Mayb I should add fruits to it n mix in a juicer.

I am 5’7 and 120 pounds. I tried a program and it was a epic fail and waste of money. The only reason I’m interested in trying a different program is because I am going away in July and I want to look good on the beach or atleast as close to good as I can. Is it possible that a hard gainer like me can gain 10 to 20 pounds in 4 months and is your program tailored for those who work full time and go to college full time?

Reply

Jeff Masterson March 13, 2012 at 3:48 am

@ Bryan – Yeah there are a lot of BS programs out there. I can tell you that if you follow through with this program, it will work, simple as that. But you need to stay consistent and actually follow it of course. Once you have the program in your hands you’ve got everything you need to pack on that 10-20 pounds by July. My program works for anyone who wants to gain weight and build muscle. You will simply be responsible for finding time to get to the gym and get your meals in. As far as dieting goes, if you have work + school full-time, you may need to rely more on shakes to get quick meals in between classes, etc.

Hey Jeff, Im just wondering if chocolate milk is good for you after workouts because people say to me that it is, but im not sure, Is this true?

Reply

Jeff Masterson November 12, 2012 at 11:59 pm

@ Jory – I’ve heard this advice too. No I don’t follow this. Milk has high fat content and can lead to excess fat gains if you drink it following a workout. In the Weight Gain Blueprint I show you exactly what to eat/drink after your workout that will re-fuel muscle glycogen and put your body into an anabolic muscle-building state so you can make quick gains.

Reply

Marcus Ly August 3, 2012 at 12:21 pm

Hey Jeff, I was wondering if you could use this program with a small reduction on calorie intake so that you don’t get that excess fat. In other words stay lean and gain muscle at the same time?

Reply

Jeff Masterson November 12, 2012 at 11:57 pm

@Marcus Ly – Yes, you could try reducing the calories if you want to stay lean… You won’t make gains quite as fast, but some people prefer slower results while staying lean.

Reply

Jeff Masterson November 12, 2012 at 11:56 pm

@Tommy C – Yes, if you are currently working out and you’re stuck at a plateau with any muscle group, then the Weight Gain Blueprint program will show you how to break through this plateau and immediately start gaining muscle mass starting day 1.

Hello sir,
Im very motivated towards your weight gain blueprint and im looking forward to buy it.
After knowing of this i am starting to feel i really found a way against my thinness. But im not quite sure will it be helpful to me because im just 16 year old and i am extremely skinny just like a stick. My weight is only 42 kg, that is around 93 pounds!
My height is 5.7 inches (170 cm) and i want it to be 5.10 inches (177 cm), so i do a little stretch exercises, hanging and jogging (every alternate day about 4 to 4.5 km.) and that is working quite well and considerably growing my height every month, and therefore i don’t want to stop it.
I dont even go to gym in such an early age but I really want to gain weight so as to look stout and healthy.
Please suggest me shall I buy the blueprint now? Will i be able to follow it without going to gym and free hand push ups, squats, sit ups, etc;or any other alternative?
Thanks a lot for your time. :)

Reply

Jeff Masterson November 13, 2012 at 12:06 am

dhiraj – If you’re extremely skinny, then you’re exactly who the Weight Gain Blueprint was made for! I’d recommend going to a gym though. No reason to be scared of the gym, everyone is there to grow.

Reply

@Amos Ou – You can get started anytime, but you will get faster results as you get older due to higher testosterone levels.

Reply

Jackson Fuller August 22, 2012 at 2:25 pm

Hey Jeff,

I am ready to buy your program. I will probably do so today. I have one concern, and while I’ve talked around to those that are professionally in tune to my problem, I wanted to get some words from you as well.

I have a torn (maybe herniated by now) disk in my lower back. As such, I am worried about squats and especially dead lifts. Your program focuses on heavy lifting. If I find myself unable to lift the amount of weight I should because of my back, Should I reduce weight? Or should I change exercises? From your writing I understand that bilateral exercises are optimal, can I do heavy lunges instead of dead lifts and get the same results? Any exercise that puts strain on my lower back will potentially cause an issue, which exercises do you expect I could have trouble with and what do you suggest I do about that?

The general rule I’ve always been told in the gym is “if it hurts don’t do it”. Any suggestions for avoiding the pain?

Thanks in advance

Reply

Jeff Masterson November 13, 2012 at 12:09 am

@Jackson Fuller – Yes, I don’t want you to hurt yourself! I would see a sports doctor (not a regular doctor) who has experience with athletes – he can tell you more about what you should and should not due based on your specific condition and the current state of your body.

Can a 12 years old boy start doing the weight gaining plan now?

Reply

Jeff Masterson November 13, 2012 at 12:03 am

@ Sala – you can, but of course older guys who have gone through puberty will get better results due to the higher testosterone levels.

Reply

Jackson Fuller August 22, 2012 at 3:17 pm

Hey Jeff,

Tacking on to that last comment… any reason not to use a back brace if it helps? I understand that compound lifts strengthen, while primarily one, multiple muscles. I’m not sure if it would interfere with growth.

Thanks!

Reply

Jeff Masterson November 13, 2012 at 12:05 am

@Jackson Fuller – Personally I don’t use a lifting belt (back brace) when lifting because as your muscles get stronger, your other muscles that the lifting belt is supporting aren’t being stressed so they remain weak. This could lead to injury down the road. I keep the weight belt off and only use it for super-heavy sets where I’m only doing 2-4 reps then failing.

No supplements are necessary. But a good protein powder can help make it easier for you to get the required protein intake on a daily basis. Jeff discusses all of the recommended supplements inside the Weight Gain Blueprint program. Do you have any other questions about the program itself and what it includes?

Do I need to take whey protein, a mass gainer, and a pre workout and kre-akalyn? That’s why the guy from the gnc and my weight lifting coach for football said.(I’m a kicker and a pole vaulter in track and field) how lob does it take for me to notice size mass and definition. What the ladies want to see not a skiny kid like me. THANK HOPE TO HEAR BACK SOON

Shirley Myers (Customer Support) September 27, 2012 at 7:01 am

Hi Nick, to answer your question, yes the program will work for you… It will work even better once you hit 18 – 19 and your testosterone levels continue to increase.

There is no need to take any supplements. They are completely optional. Jeff goes over his list of recommended supplements inside the Weight Gain Blueprint program, but again, they are completely optional. Your results will come from following a specific workout and diet plan.

So I was wondering is there any way to get your daily protein dose other then using whey powder or eating about 2 to 3 pounds of meat per day?

@Charlie – I’d refer you to this blog post for some more options for your protein sources:

But typically, protein comes from things like meat and eggs. So maybe you’d rather eat more eggs than meat?

Hi Jeff, Jeff, I bought your program around 3 days ago and so far I have 1 question.

1) You mentioned about the 8 hours of sleep. For me, is impossible to get 8 hours of sleep straight. I am able to sleep for around 6 hours, follow by 10 mins (nap between bus) , 10 mins (nap between train), 1-1.5 hours(lunch nap), and 10 mins (bus) on the way home.

Reply

Jeff Masterson October 16, 2012 at 1:49 am

@Charles – It seems like you’ll have to simply do the best you can with the time you’re able to sleep then. Don’t worry, you will still make plenty of gains even with a little less sleep. But do try to get as much as possible of course.

Reply

Jeff Masterson September 26, 2012 at 6:44 am

Believe it or not we get lots of emails from ladies who want to gain weight too…

Actually, the program works the same for females as it does for males.

Female bodies respond to the same stimulus as males do as far as gaining weight is concerned. The only difference of course is that females do not produce as much testosterone as men, so you will not be able to lift quite as much weight as a male, and you will also not gain muscle mass as quickly as a male.

You will also not get large masculine-looking muscles either. When you follow this program you will simply gain healthy weight.

You can download the entire program directly from this order page:

@Dylan – There is an option on the order page to use PayPal. So if you don’t have a credit card, that is your best option. The only other option would be to send in a check, cash, or money order. This will take longer obviously, because you have to wait for it to go through the mail. But if you choose to do this, then you can send it to:

Please make checks payable to “Muscle Tactics”

Im 5’10 130 pounds and Im a welder helper, and my work consists of a fair amount of heavy lifting. Like flanges, valves, pipes, etc. And I was wondering if lifting weights for me would be like beating a dead horse because even if I only lifted heavy weights 2-3 times a week my muscles would never really have time to rest and rebuild because the very next day I have work. So its kind of like over-training I guess. Hopefully you have some advice for me, and any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Reply

Jeff Masterson October 16, 2012 at 7:47 am

@Caleb – The biggest thing you’d need to do is increase your calories and possibly cut your workouts down to 35 – 40 minutes or less.

From there you can try increasing your gym time to a full 60 minutes and see if that has a positive or negative impact on your gains.

Reply

Shirley Myers (Customer Support) October 29, 2012 at 1:49 am

@Carlos – I’m not sure what you mean by shoulder press flat. But using a barbell is better than using a machine. It will recruit more of your stabilizer muscles and give you a better workout. Machines are restricted to a set range of motion and are not the best choice for overall muscle development.

Reply

Jeff Masterson February 8, 2013 at 12:14 am

@Raheem Gildon – Nope! No need to stop going out with friends and having fun. Obviously the less you drink and smoke the better your results are going to be. But if you have to completely change your lifestyle and stop hanging out with your friends then I’m sure you’ll give up and won’t stick to the program.

So my advice would be to incorporate the program into your lifestyle as best you can. Once you see some results and see that it works, you may become more motivated to become more disciplined so that you get even faster gains. It will be completely up to you though!

@Cody – It would really help if you had a squat rack, and I believe you would make better gains… but you could certainly make gains without one. You could substitute some of the exercises in the program… For instance you could substitute barbell squats with dumbbell lunges. And you could barbell stiff-legged deadlifts with dumbbell stiff-legged deadlifts. And barbell rows with dumbbell rows.

If you could still get a barbell with some weight plates that would at least allow you to do things like deadlifts and barbell rows which are huge mass-building exercises.

But I was wondering , I am wanting to become a body builder and with your program I was wondering after I started seeing results would it be alright to start adding in some isolation exercises for some extra definition or will that be over training ? I already do a lot of compound lifts so I was just wondering what you thought . Hope to hear your opinion

@Stbaker – Great, looking forward to helping you out! To answer your question, I would stick with the program the way it is. It’s specifically designed to pack on as much muscle mass as possible. This is perfect for your “bulking” phase. The point you want to add in those isolation exercises is after you’ve already gained a good amount of size that you’re happy with… Then you can start “shaping” things up with the isolation exercises.

Hi Jeff

I will purchase the blueprint program but I have a question, I am thinking of using whey protein powder, does your program explain when and how much should I use the powder.

@Carl Nauma – Sounds great. And yes, it covers every supplement that will help you, and exactly how and when to take it to get the best results possible.

Hey Jeff, I have spent a lot of time working out on and off in the last 2 years and have
Taken prohormone tablets too, which have got me about 13 pounds but it goes as quickly as it comes, and is a lot of hard work to my maintain too, so im looking for some good clean gains, one of my biggest problems is having time to fit in more than 3 meals per day,if you have any advice that could help me, it would be much appreciated.

Cheers

@Christian Mcgee – It’s all explained in the Weight Gain Blueprint program! You don’t need to eat 6 full meals per day. You can have 3 full meals and the other 3 can be shakes.
